US Firm Hiring Experienced Lead Gen/Telemarketer - Full Time - Top Pay - Salary + Bonuses / NO SELLING REQUIRED

The lead generator will go through a qualifying process of a few simple questions with the interested consumer. The lead generator will then transfer qualified consumers to a live representative or set an appointment for a more detailed explanation of benefits and the goal of closing qualified leads. The lead generator is not responsible for selling any products.

We are looking for full-time, long-term employees.

Requirements:

- MUST have a professional phone voice and use proper grammar usage
- Minimum of 1 year Call Center Experience

First 30 day TRAINING SALARY is $3.50 per hour with no commissions or PTO. After 30 days of employment, Salary is $4.00 – $5.00/hour Based on Experience and Performance.
Bonuses are paid weekly after 30 days of employment.
1 Week paid vacation and 1 week paid sick time after 90 days of employment.
All Philippines and US national holidays are paid off after 90 days of employment.
2 weeks paid vacation and 1 week paid sick time after 1 year of employment.
Hourly raises once per year after 1 year of employment.

You are NOT required to Upgrade to see actual info addition to your hourly wage, you will be compensated when you transfer a prospect that gets sold by a licensed agent.

Bonus Structure is as follows:
5 transfers sold - $70 paid the next week (in addition to your hourly wage)
7 transfers sold - $90 paid the next week (in addition to your hourly wage)
9 transfers sold - $150 paid the next week (in addition to your hourly wage)
All sales above 9 are an additional $10/per sale (in addition to your hourly wage and all previous bonuses)
