UI/UX Designer With Front End Development For Customizing Pages Of A Web Application

We are looking for a UI/UX designer on an ongoing basis to work with us on a custom software pages.

As a first project we are looking to customize 3-4 pages of an off-the shelf application to our brand and our needs. The candidate needs to have a strong portfolio of UI designs with basic HTML/CSS/JS implementation knowledge. The task will be the following:

1) To assess the 3-4 pages that need to be customized and understand from me what we are looking for.
2) Create the custom design files.
3) Implement on the relevant pages
4) Check for any issues/bugs

The pages we want to customize are Signup/Login, Upgrade Page, Form/Order Page.

Since communication is an important part, the candidate needs to be conversational in English.

The candidate needs to work closely with us on Skype to ensure the designs are fully in-line with what we need.
