JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to answer phone calls around USA Pacific Time Zones while working znrhlvjs. Qsndidate should be extremely versed in both written and spoken English. You should possess past experience and display a good level of common sense. Other ad hoc duties will be required such as administration tasks,including answering emails.

You should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Strong internet connection
Respond to emails and phone calls
Provide customer service as a first point of contact
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills
