Full time assistant

Welcome--

My name is Scott and I run an Amazon private label business. We are currently looking to higher a full time employee to handle a few key tasks. You job description will change the longer we work together, so we are looking for someone who is willing to learn new tasks and wear many hats. We expect you to put in 40 hours per week and you will be compensated weekly in the beginning until you trust that we will pay you for your time then payments will be made monthly.

Possible Job Tasks:
- Handle social media posts and client interactions (instagram, facebook, twitter).
- Write sales copy for advertisements
- Customer service on Amazon seller central, amazon listings and email
- Inventory management and communicating with supply chain team (making sure we do not run out of stock)
- Facebook advertising campaigns
- Amazon product research- compile lists of new potential products
- Communicate with other freelancers we hire to complete jobs

We do not expect you to have experience in the above tasks, but if you have done any of these already, please make sure to let us know. Here are the required skills:
- Strong written english (do not need to speak english well as there is no phone calling involved).
- Write blog posts, message customers, sales copy
- Ability and willingness to learn and take any course we send you, that we believe will help you complete a job.
- Ability to think critically and make well thought out decisions (we will not get upset if you try hard and fail).
- Always communicate with us about issues, results or concerns you may have.
