JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile, bright, ambitious, customer service oriented professional to join us long term and support a variety of online businesses including multiple ecommerce channels & social media growth. You will be a critical partner in our organizational success, trusted to be proactive, and be the eyes & ears of the brands communicating daily with our customers and partners.

Our main brand is an e-commerce company and we pride ourselves on selling stylish home decor with superb customer service. Most business is on Amazon and other channels include Shopify & Etsy. Social media management is primarily Instagram, Facebook, & Pinterest.

You will need to be confident in learning new software, providing customer support, data entry for orders, detailed reporting, tracking daily sales & marketing metrics, inventory management, light bookkeeping, content creation, and engage users/influencers on social media channels. A passion for social media is a HUGE plus as this is one of our top areas of growth in 2019. You will excel with the business as we continue to expand.

This will start as a part-time trial basis for the first week during training then convert to a FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY. Must be flexible to work during normal PST hours anywhere between 6AM to 6PM PST. If preferring to only work 4 HRS between those times, can offer PT basis to start and can work towards a flexible FT Upgrade to see actual info is completely remote, so there will be regular check-ins and progress updates. Taking initiative, doing quality work on time is more important than logging hours.

About you:
If your task is to create a new Google spreadsheet with 3 columns, but you’ve never used Google spreadsheets before - a Superstar won't email back and say they don't know how to use it... you would GOOGLE it. You Google search how to do it and then you complete the task. If you can GOOGLE subjects and understand how to do it without emailing back for details then you’re a SUPERSTAR and we want you on our team!

Since our businesses are online, you will need to be proficient with your computer, the internet, and have a drive to learn new skills since technology is always changing. Maintaining and implementing efficient processes will be important with the ability to juggle everyday tasks to taking on more strategic projects, all with a positive attitude. “Good enough” is not in your vocabulary, you will clearly demonstrate pride in your work.

Top Requirements:

O) You are resourceful in researching, problem solving, prioritizing, and working independently even completing new tasks even without detailed instructions
O) You are dependable and consistent being easily accessible with a reliable computer + internet
O) You have a sense of urgency, putting customers first, and are obsessed with precision and detail taking massive pride in your work/service to others

1). REQUIREMENTS
O) modern, boho, mid-century style homes with indoor plants (touch of greenery in photos)
O) Those who MOSTLY post their own original content, not reposts or inspirational pages
O) THINK interior designers, Etsy shop owners, bloggers, airbnb homes, photo studios, individuals are best to not compete on brands/products
O) Aesthetic and accounts similar Upgrade to see actual info @homedesignbyjamie, Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info
O) Account holder MUST reside in the US
O) Follower count: 3K to under 10K
O) HIGH engagement from their audiences: likes (~10%) & comments

2). Create a Google Sheet with the username, personal name, follower count, city + state they reside in (N/A is not acceptable), engagement % from average likes to follow ratio, if they’ve run any contests/giveaways/partnerships/sponsored paid ads in last 3 months, if so what brand(s) or account(s) + tagged accounts from the post along with any other relevant info

3). Share the spreadsheet with Upgrade to see actual info including the link to the spreadsheet in the body of the email in next steps
4). Send an email to Upgrade to see actual info with subject: Challenge #1
5). Download the spreadsheet as a PDF to attach to the email
6). Include your CV/resume and link to your onlinejobs.ph profile and any other portfolio, websites or social media pages
7). You will receive a response within 12 hrs. If you succeed, you will receive the next challenge. If you don’t pass, you will receive a “Do Not Pass Go” response.
