Calendar Scheduling VA Job Description

I am the CEO of a very active brand company. We’re looking for a one-of-a-kind calendar scheduling assistant who’s eager to bring their top skills to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Your mission will be key scheduler behind a brand that inspires, entertains and informs the world about leadership and the power of resilience.
But here’s where your special talent comes in. You see, our CEO is great at networking, building relationships, and developing essential partnerships for business growth. She moves fast and is always booking phone calls or being invited to speak at or attend various industry events. That’s where your special sauce comes in.
Your mission will be to go through
These are some of the basic activities you’ll be working on:
Creating and organizing personal and team calendar.
Reading through forwarded
Adding notes to each calendar event of tasks or details related to schedule event.
Scheduling follow-up tasks, appointments and reminders associated with original scheduled event.
Rescheduling appointments directly with clients and vendors and following
This job is for you if:
You have experience managing executive calendar scheduling. You may even consider yourself borderline obsessed with details and making sure calendars are neatly organized, easy-to-understand, connected to alert reminders, and color coded! Bonus points if you have excellent customer service and phone skills..
You’re a go-getter: You’re an ambivert, in that you’re social and enjoy discussing ideas with other people, but when it comes down to it, you’re focused and self-directed.
You’re fluent in fun: You have a fun personality and you handle last-minute stress situations very well. You are great managing other’s quirks and show professionalism every step of the way.
You have a gold medal in organization: Typos and mistakes just don’t make sense to you, and accurate is your middle name. A disorganized calendar? Makes your skin crawl.
You get things done: You’re incredibly time efficient and love checking things off your to-do list. You’re extremely goal-oriented and love finishing projects. Leaving things unfinished just isn’t in your DNA.
You love being the MVP: You strive to be the best in everything that you do. Success — both personal and professional — is important to you.
You’re your biggest cheerleader: You’re a person with a lot of self-motivation. You like working with and contributing to a team, but you’re also content to spend a big chunk of your time working on your own.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage my entire personal and business calendar: Be the key rockstar who keeps the CEO’s calendar schedule of events and appointments organized, efficient, and running smoothly so she can focus on connecting with clients and building company
Must have a very high internet speed with a reliable connection.

TERMS:
This job is a part-time gig, with hours as needed, most likely 2-3 hours per week. It’s a great fit for a student who has flexibility in their schedule and is looking for occasional, exciting work with a fun, supportive (and funny!) team. Although this position might grow in the future, as of right now, it’s on an as-needed basis and we’ll work around your schedule to find times that are a fit for both of us.
PAYMENT: $4-$5 hour
