VA cum Developer

We are seeking a talented, experienced, communicative, Honest, Learner and Reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) cum developer to assist me in my young and dynamic online business. Your role is to help me to grow my business, which includes marketing and sales (if possible), website fix, Project management, administrative and research.

During the trial month, you will work at least 2 hours per day (Mon - Fri) at $3.50/hr and we'll increase the duration gradually until you reach Full-Time at 8 hours per Upgrade to see actual info order to increase the number of hours faster and ultimately confirm, you have to prove your worth; which is not difficult.

VA requires at least Monday through Friday (Saturday half-day to be discussed). Work starts from 9am onwards and may go on to 8 hours per day for full time. Timing is flexible. Skype calls (or Phone & WhatsApp) may be made if requires.


Tasks will be as follows:
- Coordinate with my contractors to get work done (PM Role) and liaise with out clients
- Strong web development experience - PHP, CSS, HTML
- Hiring great contractors to work on specific projects
- Suggest or/and implement ways to improve sales and leads
- Social Media experience - Linkedin & Facebook


VA needs to meet the following criteria:
- At least a college education (proof require)
- Must willing to learn and share experience
- You must have past experience in both as Business Development or/and Virtual Assistant.
- Must understand PHP, HTML, CSS
- Able to setup Wordpress and Magento
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills a MUST.
- Skype is always on at PC and Mobile. We may have an urgent need to communicate with you.
- Project Management role
- take constructive initiative on your own
- Very detailed, organized and great planning skill
- Must be willing and able to do research. This includes keyword research, competition research, product research, service research, and more.
- Must Log EVERYTHING including work hours, tasks performed, emails, payments, etc
- He or she should be an excellent learner with the ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions.
- Fast & Reliable internet connection
- Be comfortable with some training provided but do it at your own time. This is for your own improvement.
* Any non-work related communication must not be bill.


Work Requirements:
VA must check and reply email daily for any job request and updates.
Must able to Skype voice or text from Upgrade to see actual info.

My way of delegating a task is to give you as much background info as the job required. I’m quite flexible with hours spent on a project just as long as output Must Justifies your work and time. (I don’t agree and won’t pay if you take 1 hour work into 3 hours work using your own sweet time.)

No work should be done on public computers like an internet cafe or public internet Upgrade to see actual info must be on your own computer and your own broadband internet access with a reliable power source.
