Needed: Virtual Assistant or Online Business Manager for our online membership site!
Tasks could include:
Email
Organizing and cleaning up
Sending out regular, standard
Helping us move our
Tech - help with square space website development and changes/updates (adding our content to the website from Mighty Networks)
Moving our online community from Mighty Networks to
Helping set up and transfer our payment method to square space (using Stripe and whatever else is required - figuring out how we do this)
FB and google marketing set up and assistance
SEO
YouTube channel clean up and organizing, editing videos to place on YouTube
Helping with tech support and other for online virtual summits
Common Tasks
Scan through members monthly to ensure cc info is up to date or if anyone has unsubscribed/canceled. Remove canceled members from the community group and from
Monitor for annual memberships that are expiring
Move video recordings from Zoom to Google Drive folder and label w/ date and type of recording (ie Q&A, Webinar, etc)
Help with launching 3-4x/yr: Videos - taking from FB live to YouTube, editing, sending out via
Putting upcoming talks on the community calendar for members and updating website
Creating a calendar to post in MN so people know what is coming
Keeping Events updated in MN
Set up the sequence for when new members are added after a launch
Qualifications:
Prior experience with tasks similar to above
MUST have experience with Mail Chimp, squarespace, FB ads
Hours:
Initially 4-5 hours per week to help with immediate needs (cleaning up Mail Chimp, Square Space build out)
Then possibly 1-2 hours of work per week typical week
3-4 hours per week during launch (approx 1 month long)
Traits: Detail oriented, responds quickly in communication, someone who enjoys and is efficient at these tasks, someone who enjoys and is talented with tech, someone who can keep a consistent time for this work willing to meet regularly with business owner(s) for checking in as needed
