JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing/Social Media Master needed for busy, growing real estate team. Read to the bottom and follow application instructions to be considered for this position.

Position will work with our Marketing Specialist and Inside Sales Agent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing and monitoring all social media platforms- Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube, etc. client interaction and all posts.
• Creating content for social media platforms
• Posting new listings on several websites
• Posting Open houses
• Manage Client Appreciation Program
• Some CRM management-Boomtown

**Must not just enjoy the design aspect of social media but also enjoy and have the ability to effectively manage and take on all aspects of social media marketing including interacting and actively engaging with followers/clients through chat/posts on a surface level. Looking for a creative individual who works well with little to no supervision and takes price and ownership in their work. We are looking for someone who can manage our entire social media accounts and take to the next level. Very little of the work is task based.

Skills and Qualifications:

*Prior real estate experience preferred
*Organized and efficient
*Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills
*Must have a dedicated work space, computer with internet access and dual monitors
*Prior experience with managing social media and working in boomtown preferred.
*Must be willing to work daytime US hours, position is PT to FT.
