What you’ll be doing:
• Collaborating with other passionate marketers, designers, writers, developers and strategists on a wide range of interesting projects
• Working with a team to help decide, define and document website design and user experience based on feasibility and creative ask
• Act as designer for website builds from initial designs to launch: ideation, mood boards, UX/UI strategy, mock-ups, quality assurance, etc.
• Completing other graphic design projects with focuses on both digital and traditional channels
• Working in a fast-paced, creative environment while making sure projects are delivered on schedule

What we’re looking for:
• 3-5 years experience
• Some Wordpress Experience (We only use Beaver Builder) or Similar Page Building Experience
• HTML & CSS (a must!)
• Diploma or degree in web design, graphic design or related
• Someone with a wicked understanding of digital design (web, email, social media) and print design (letters, brochures, postcards, signage), including knowledge of corporate identity design.
• Excellent concept, creative strategy, design, layout, color, typography, composition, brand, UI/UX, and communication skills
• A creative thinker, with the ability to link strategy with creative development
• Proven attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Excellent prioritization skills with results focused execution
• Expert computer skills in the following: Adobe Creative Suite
