Job Responsibilities:
Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Document requirements, define scope and objectives from customers and design mockups, business workflows and requirements for software Upgrade to see actual infotermine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing a project budget
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Write requirements for software development team for the specifications created.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models

Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
3 Years of experience as a Business Analyst
Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Business Analyst top skills & proficiencies
Software Design and Wireframe creation are an advantage
