With our successful growth of the business, we are looking for Part Time/Full-Time Digital Marketing and Social Media Expert.

Job responsibilities
Reporting to the Director and work closely with other marketing software and team to deliver the Social Media result needed to increase brand awareness, build an online community, increase followers, increase likes, increase leads and ultimately to deliver services for North Shore Nurses using all Social Media channels (especially Facebook Marketing).

• Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
• Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram
• Plan content and delivery and use tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to manage multiple social media channels
• Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote the NSN brand
• Create engaging multimedia content effectively
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
• Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within NSN (in-house roles)
• Collaborate on social media strategy planning.

Qualifications
Graduates from any discipline, but the following subjects can be particularly helpful:
• Marketing (particularly digital marketing)
• Media and communications
• Public relations.

Experience required
• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management & Marketing .
•Candidates must be proficient in English.
• Past experience with online B2B community management and/or blogging will be preferred.
• Highly creative, team player, results-oriented, and has an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
