Virtual Assistant/Customer Experience Specialist

This position is for someone who has very good English and can communicate very well in both email and live chat environments. Applicants will also need a basic understanding of Wordpress so they you can make password and email changes for customers. This is a position that will require a working schedule of 4PM to 12PM PHT. Applicants will need to be trainable on new software services that we use and also able to record training tutorials videos via screen capture/screen share.
