JOB OVERVIEW

Email / Blog Co-ordinator

?Your primary responsibility will be creating & managing the deliver of Mailchimp EDMs. ??We have templates already set up & will provide the content & copy - You will be able to take this and formulate outstanding & engaging pieces of email marketing.

??Your secondary responsibility will be taking content and uploading this as blogs on our Woocommerce website. Often you will utilise links to this content throughout the emails you’re creating.


?A strong understanding of written English and proven problem solving ability will be essential to success with this role.??Experience in E-commerce is helpful but not necessary as we will provide the training, knowledge & support necessary to make you feel confident with our systems and processes.

 ??We will provide extra support for the first 3 months and any time you have a question you are encouraged to reach out to your manager for assistance.??There is room to grow within our organisation with this role - We are willing and able to reward high performing team members that show initiative with more responsibility and increased benefits.???

Working Hours:?
Monday - Friday
?One set 60 minute meeting per week
?Flexible working hours

??Total: 8 hours per week
Payment: Dependent on experience and skillset??

Requirements:
?- An internet connection that can reliably handle video conferencing

??Responsibilities:?
- Mailchimp email creation
?- Mailchimp email management, previewing & sending?
- Woocommerce Blog creation & upload??

Necessary Skills:
?- Experience in customer service role of some sort previously
?- Great written US or UK English (8/10+) ?- Good spoken English (7/10+) 
?- Great communication skills?
- Proven experience using Microsoft word & excel?
- Proven ability to follow a process??

Beneficial Skills:?
- Experience working with ‘Mailchimp’
?- Experience working with ‘Woocommerce’ ?
- Experience working with ‘Google Suite’ & Google ‘Drive’?- Experience working with ‘Harvest’ time tracker
