WE ARE HOPING TO FIND A TEAM MEMBER WITH PASSION FOR APPOINTMENT SETTING, PRE-SALES, AND OUTBOUND COMMUNICATION.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team in a dynamic and quickly growing SEO Agency with HQ in Switzerland. Our clients are in the US, CANADA, UK, GERMANY, ITALY.

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to help us get closer to the sales conversation with the prospects.
We do need someone who isn’t afraid to talk to people, knows how to network, can sell sand in a desert, and most importantly: isn’t afraid of rejection. You will be rejected more often than not by gatekeepers and decision-makers. You need thick skin, dedication, and persistence.

- SEO is all about getting web pages to deserve to rank on the first page of search engine Upgrade to see actual infoarch engines rank these based on the quality and quantity of other websites that are linking to them. We need someone who can start the conversation with people through cold calling or via social media messaging (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) and email.
- You will be contacting business owners, business executives in North America, Australia, and Europe. You will likely fail 90% of the time, but we need someone who isn’t discouraged by this and keeps searching, keeps digging, to build the trust with the prospects, get them to reply and fix an appointment.

You will be responsible for:
- Driving strategy to generate sales appointments for our CEO and Sales Team
- Working with the internal team to execute on that strategy
- Using advanced search techniques in Google, LinkedIn to identify potential prospects and start a conversation with them
- Qualifying the prospects
- Reaching out to decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, Facebook and on the phone
- There’s a lot more we could say, but that’s basically the job

The ideal candidate:
- Effective communication skills including a solid understanding of English grammar and professional writing and speaking ability
- Good in using time efficiently and execute the tasks at scale
- experience in setting an appointment for digital marketing agencies
- Internet-savvy a must (know a lot about being on the internet or doing things with the internet)
- Internet-friendly creative that can interact within multiple online communities and build relationships with ease
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report and act on data
- Innovative, inquisitive and effective problem solver
- Proficient in conducting research online
- Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
