Highly skilled T-Shirt Designer

Hello everyone,

„2blackcherries“ is an up and coming european based T-Shirt Brand. As our business is growing we are searching for 3 new employees to join our young and creative team and to become the cornerstone of our success.

What are we searching for:

- Full Time Designer (up to 40 hours/week) for a longterm business relationship
- You create your own original, high quality designs and you start them by sketch with a pen
- You can adapt to different design styles and know how to do illustrations as well as how to design with typography
- You have a highly developed sense for quality
- You are innovative, creative and constantly interested in developing your design skills on a daily basis
- Given examples of Shirt Designs, you instantly recognize core elements of a design language in a certain niche and are able to reproduce the corresponding styles and design elements and incorporate them in your own unique design and by doing so hitting the customers core buyer emotion
- You have expert skills in Photoshop or Illustrator (or any other related software)
- You know Google Drive, Trello or other Collaborative Cloud Software for the workspace
- You possess knowledge with regard to trademarks in the context of shirt designs
- You know what responsibility means
- You are able to communicate in and understand good English

What are we offering:

- Fixed monthly salary + Bonuses (depending on the work done and the performance of the designs created)
- Individual monthly salary can go from 280$ – 1.000$ depending on the workload, the work done and the performance of the designs created

As we are searching for highly skilled and creative designers, we will do the following contest:
