Digital Marketing Manager

My name is Kunal. I am the CEO of a Registered Training Organisation (Vocational College) in Australia. We deliver vocational courses to domestic students in Australia. We specialise in aged care, hospitality, and commercial cookery courses. I am looking for a social media marketing manager who can build from scratch a range of campaigns for various platforms such as facebook; Instagram; run google ads; create video content; write blogs and SEO.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
We deliver training and assessment services to local students in Australia using government subsidies. We are one of the few training providers in Queensland, Australia, who specialises in delivering on the job assessment services for the hospitality industry.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a social media manager who can lead our digital marketing campaign on various platforms. The position requires you to either bring in the skills or resources to market our courses on a range of platforms and formats including but not limited to
> Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
> Google Platforms (Google Ads, SEO (On-page & Off-page))
> Email marketing
> Web designing and optimisation

- You must have at least 3 years of previous experience (references will be required)
- Excellent writing, communication and research skills (English Language)
- Full-time availability preferred

The successful applicant will be a complete package who is an expert in developing, leading and scaling our marketing goals.
You must have skills and knowledge for
> Market research
> Developing and documenting long term marketing strategy
> Leading our digital marketing campaigns
> Creating engaging content for social media posts and blogs
> Designing social media campaigns
> Running ads on different platforms
> Analysing and enhancing ad performance
> producing video content
> Keyword research
> Designing landing pages
