Google Adwords Expert

We are currently looking for a PPC / Display / Remarketing expert to join my team.

I have a small group of clients with budgets ranging from $1000 - $10000 per month. However, I would like someone who can handle scaling this with Upgrade to see actual info is not a full-time position so I am flexible with hours. (Happy to go Fulltime at some stage)
Could you please let me know if you would be interested.

You must be able to:
Build campaigns
Manage Campaigns
Set up Display & Re-Marketing Campaigns
Use Scripts (We use PPC Nerd)
Shopping Ads (Not essential but advantageous)
Reporting

It would be beneficial to understand:
- Bing Ads

Only interested in applicants who do the work themselves and that it is not farmed out to other people.
How many hours per week do you have availability?
Summary of the type of campaigns you have worked on.
