JOB OVERVIEW

I run a U.S. real estate investing business and want to hire a project manager to execute and document processes for our sales, marketing and operations. This is a full time job and will include periodic new projects as well as recurring operational tasks.

This person will help me document the steps, find the right tools and the right people to implement the plan. An IMPLEMENTER, if you will.

Are you a self-starter?
Are you tech-savvy and familiar with various business tools and how they interact (Zapier, CRMs, teleconferencing, Slack, etc)?
Are you able to find the right people to help us complete the projects?

Preferred skills/traits are:
• Reliable
• Attention to detail
• Tech-savvy
• English skills (speaking and writing)
• Being able to transcribe and explain processes in clear language
• Ability to identify and hire the right person

A business is only as good as its systems. My Implementer will understand how to create good systems so that if we need to find new talent, it will be easy to insert them into the business.

You and I will work closely so that you are comfortable with each step and are able to document it properly. The quality of how you articulate the task is very important so that anyone reading it will be able to do the task correctly.

I will offer bonuses based on quality as I truly believe in having a happy, well-paid team.

It
is also preferred if you have flexible work hours, familiarity with the tech tools listed above and have experience managing and/or recruiting other VA's.
