Maid in Your Hometown is looking for a person to manage accounts, including payroll, collections and disputes resolution.

The role will involve making calls to clients who have received a cleaning from our company, to collect payment. This will be done after the appointment on any outstanding balances.

You will monitor all unpaid balance and send email notifications to remind clients to pay. For those who haven't paid by the 4th reminder, you will make a debt collections call. For anything still unpaid, you will be uploading the file to MetCredit for collections.

Furthermore, you will be handling any disputes that a client might have about the quality of their cleaning, and coordinating with the cleaner to come to an amicable solution.

Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing invoices and paying our cleaners twice each month.

Please only apply if you have accounting, payroll or debt collecting experience, as well as disputes resolution.

It
is vital that you are organized and have a strong understanding of basic math and accounting principles.
