Maid in Your Hometown is looking for a person to manage accounts, including payroll, collections and disputes resolution.
The role will involve making calls to clients who have received a cleaning from our company, to collect payment. This will be done after the appointment on any outstanding balances.
You will monitor all unpaid balance and send
Furthermore, you will be handling any disputes that a client might have about the quality of their cleaning, and coordinating with the cleaner to come to an amicable solution.
Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing invoices and paying our cleaners twice each month.
