Hi I'm Kharl
I currently have a property business as well as manage a bar based in the UK. As such I am extremely busy. I need some real help as soon as possible. As I am struggling to remember, log and manage important meetings I must attend, jobs that I need to complete and financial commitments that I have.
So I am looking for help with completing all the tasks I am responsible for so that I am managing my time as effectively as possible.....
Some of your duties will include:
-Transcribing voice notes into word documents or
-Create meeting reminders on google calendar
-Submit my expenses onto xero - Important so some basic experience needed
-Track my income and expenditure
-Reminders of bills to pay and pay bills (using preloaded card) where needed on my behalf
-Compile and Submit weekly and monthly income and expense reports
-Respond to my
-Investigational / research work
-Project manage and action my Trello to do lists
-Keep my Google drive organised
-Assist with completing my year end tax return
-Keep me informed of answer phone messages
-Conducting phone calls on my behalf
-Listening to my voice messages and keeping me informed of those messages I have.
Newbies are very welcome to apply as long as you have strong computer and google / Microsoft office software skills
