Hi There!

I’m looking for an experienced SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (not a SMM assistant) with a min. 3 consecutive years in social media page management who can take control of my pages and turn them into amazing platforms for my customers to get great value! I have 2 brands you'll be managing so its important your highly experienced In SMM, customer service, sales & marketing. You will be required through AUS business day times to engage with my customers and communicate with my team. I am offering 10 hours per week to start with possible part time or full time work (depending on your skillset & performance).

The work you do represents my brand as a whole, you are responsible for everything that occurs off and on my social pages; the posts, the copy, the engaging conversations, building trust and relationships, sales of my services and products, collaborating with influencers, growing my page likes + post likes, adding value to my customers and helping their lives for the better. You must be proficient in written English

Your duties will include, but not limited to;

**ON PAGE**
(everything to do with making my pages awesome)
> Create a growth plan; how are you going to grow my pages through 'on page' measures
> Page Optimisation for both brands with reporting on where we are currently at and weekly after that on how to improve.
> Always improving pages; growth, engagement, adding value
> Ensure all page information is set up and to its best ability or the customer experience.
> Daily posting ( 1 post, 3 stories) for each brand (what is posted on INSTA will feed through to FB) using existing stock images, professional pics of me, creating your own
> Ensure captions & copy are created for customer added value to help them plus creating sales to bring on leads and prospects, but all in a conversational manner
> Graphic design skills (brands are feminine, clean, minimal)
> Running giveaways, promotions,
> Up selling my products & offering free ebooks, join our newsletter etc.
> Customer Support & service; commenting on posts, replying to DM’s ALWAYS encouraging engaging conversation
> Ensuring monthly banners are inline with marketing promotions
> Ensure you pride yourself with open, honest communication at all times
> Update and optimise social plan for maximum customer experience offering value, support & guidance to my customers (plans to be always a month in advance)
> Able to work alone & with me on a daily basis
> Have a proactive approach to strive for continuous growth of my pages

**OFF PAGE**
(everything to do with building influencer relationships and drawing customers back to my pages)
> Create a growth plan (for each brand); how are you going to grow my pages through 'off page' measures
> Outreach to influencers for collaboration
> Become human and interact with others pages so we like and comment on theirs - that way we build relationships and they get to know us.
