The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for executing on strategies to attract, acquire, engage, and monetize email audiences for the Company’s various brands. The work will achieve Company objectives, including growth of customer database, improving customer retention, and driving revenue and incremental sales for all LeadVision Media brands and channels. This role supports our integrated media strategies and involves a mix of self-directed and collaborative work. This role also specializes in email acquisition marketing and engagement. The Email Marketing Manager will develop and oversee a comprehensive email marketing and customer relationship management strategy for all LVM brands. The Manager will take the lead in customer communications via email channels, develop customer acquisition and retention strategies for the channel, and see them through to execution and analysis. The Email Marketing Manager will collaborate and communicate with team members.

Clearly defines and understands detailed audience target opportunities for each marketing campaign in order to optimize ROI and customer experience.

Improve the customer experience and drives core business objectives at each stage of the customer journey through email marketing with the end goal of customer data acquisition and purchase participation.

Analyzes the customer lifecycle journey to recommend, plan and implement journey based automated communications
Optimizes email strategy and results through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to ensure a positive user experience while maximizing conversions.

Coordinates the design and execution of email communications in cooperation and alignment with the marketing services, brand definition and experience, and planning and strategy teams, as well as team members from each individual business unit as applicable.

Coordinates and compares results of email marketing campaigns, provides actionable insights, and adjusts accordingly. Will provide spreadsheet reports.

Ensures compliance and best practices in email marketing at all times.

Identifies key customer data-points and ensures that all data is being collected, connected, and properly stored in our ESP system.

Maintains close working relationships with all team members to ensure consistent brand messaging, alignment with marketing plans, and cross-promotion optimization.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Associates degree in business, marketing, or related field (e-commerce or computer science degree a plus)

Experience in Email Marketing with hands-on use of an ESP (ConvertKit, Mailchimp. Aweber, Campaigner, etc.).
Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization
Database marketing experience
Experience with customer journey mapping a plus

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Solid understanding of ESP and experience with ESP strategy
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills an absolute must
Basic knowledge of HTML
Ability to be independent yet collaborative and team-oriented while possessing strong leadership skills
Strong project management skills required
Drive and commitment to exceed goals

Exceptional attention to detail; commitment to providing high quality work
Strong computer skills required
Strong work ethic a must
