Ecom.Hub is a growing online marketing consultancy firm whose main goal is to help entrepreneurs grow their business through effective strategies.
Currently, we are eyeing a detailed oriented and skilled Customer Service Assistant for Amazon while at the same time will assist in administrative functions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT – AMAZON
Job Description:
1. Assist customers in expediting their orders and other after sale inquiries
2. Monitor and keep track of reviews and rank on a regular basis
3. Assist customers in their payment details (Paypal, Moneychat etc.)
4. Other administrative tasks that may deemed necessary such as Product Research through google/youtube and some Graphic Designs Upgrade to see actual infondidates who will be shortlisted will be asked to fill up a questionnaire and skills test to determine their fit for the job. Once passed, series of interview will be conducted (through Skype).
