JOB OVERVIEW

As a Business Development Executive for Adireto, you will be actively involved in launching our business operations in the Philippines. As one of the few Google Channel Partners in the region, we are seeking an ambitious and career orientated individual who sees the unique opportunity in becoming our first Business Development Executive in SEA.

In
this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new publishers and supporting existing partners. This involves communicating with website owners and leadership teams.

You will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to support all stakeholders through the website optimization and traffic acquisition process. Part of your role as our Business Development Executive also involves educating publishers on the Adireto platform, guiding the integration process, answering any questions and supporting website owners and publishing teams in using the platform.

Tasks include:

Prospecting for new leads via outbound phone calls and email
Acquiring new publishers and supporting existing partners
Educating prospects on Adireto's benefits and how they fit their needs and goals
Assisting new partners with initial integration and technical setup
Analyze Performance and provide helpful insights to partners using our analytics tools
Attend to any partner support issues in the first month
Contribute to Adireto's growth and development in various ways including product development, marketing, operations, support, partnerships and more

Ideal Candidate for the role:

As our first Business Development Executive in the Philippines, you need to have a long term view and play an active role in contributing to Adireto's growth and development. Your natural curiosity and excitement towards learning and improving means you take initiative but you are also not afraid to ask questions. A challenge for you is not a problem, it is an opportunity in which you get excited about. As our ideal candidate, you are ambitious, full of energy and raring to get started. You communicate with ease and excel at building and maintaining relationships. Not only that, you have an outstanding ability to translate data into results.

De
sired Skills / Experience:

1-2 years of Sales/customer experience (in Digital Publishing or Online Advertising is a huge plus)
Strong knowledge of online advertising / online publishing
Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
Effective communication, written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects into partners
Ability to think strategically about complex issues and provide thoughtful recommendations
Team oriented
