Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Lima Bean is looking for a driven and passionate Software Quality Assurance Analyst. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of the online space, be technically minded and willing to learn and grow their technical skills, including server management, managing deployments and writing test scripts. The person must possess high attention to detail, strive for quality and excellence and have 5 years’ experience working at a digital agency or software development company in a QA role. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst acts as the primary QA representative on all projects, coordinating team members and leading (QA/UAT) Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing and defect management efforts for all phases of the Upgrade to see actual infooadly focuses on testing methods, strategies, and procedures associated with the entire system development life cycle.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the job is to manage the quality of new and existing systems and websites. Tasks will include testing, logging tasks, and bugs, managing servers and backups and managing deployments. The candidate will also be involved in team meetings, project reviews, and check-ins and will work closely with the project manager/product owner, COO, developers, and designers.

MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a QA analyst in a digital agency or software development company.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Testing, Development, Computer Science or Informatics, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of QA or testing deliverables.
- Familiarity with multiple project delivery types (e.g. custom, Agile delivery, platforms, upgrades, package implementation,
configurations, web, etc.).
- Routinely demonstrates a commitment to deliver systems in a timely matter according to business need.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrates initiative and good judgment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide variety of individuals.
- Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team. Aggressively works to provide solutions to challenges.
- Actively works to improve tech skills using available methods; continual learner. Aptitude for learning new technologies and
