Position Overview:
The Web Project Manager is responsible for spearheading the web based projects and business priorities of the company based on business drivers. He is responsible in maintaining REIQ’s website and community portal to ensure consistency of content, design and brand. He also works with stakeholders to build and deliver great online experience for our customers and partners as well as drive execution through process improvements, tracking progress and action items, organizing and overseeing project plans and technical resources, maintain website metrics, track marketing metrics for website performance and define improvements and web strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the community portal team including hiring new members
- Oversee design of web pages, modify content, website design, development, and management
- Manage, collect and report digital KPIs; present business updates, including web analytics/KPIs, budgets and forecasting
- Aim to meet all project goals within the specified budget of the client/organization; adjust best practices to reflect cost saving measures.
- Work with the leaders of the company to create new and innovative web solutions for upcoming projects or situations.
Qualifications
- Must have 3-5 years of Wordpress experience and plug-ins; experience with Realtyna is a plus.
- Have 3-5 management skills experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API’s.
- Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to e-Commerce applications.
- Must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
- Possesses strong understanding of eCommerce functions to maximize online sales opportunities.
- A strong understanding of SEO/SEM, re-targeting and other key web related promotional tools.
Home Office Requirements:
- 100% Remote work.
- Availability to work business hours in US Central Time.
- Computer (Core i3 Processor, 4 GB RAM, 1080p Webcam)
- Home office with a private room and desk.
- Phone with reliable service to use Zoom and other applications as required.
- Reliable internet (5 MBPS minimum, 10 MBPS preferred with ability to go up to 50 MBPS)
