Ylopo is looking for a Netsuite administrator to join our growing team at a real estate tech start-up based in Los Angeles, CA. We are searching for a solution-oriented candidate who has extensive experience with NetSuite financials and order to cash processes. This candidate will drive the review, analysis and implementation of Netsuite modules, extensions, and customizations making internal processes more efficient. While you will be reporting into Finance, you will be working closely with IT depending on the nature of the project.


Responsibilities:
* Analyze business processes and needs in order to recommend best practice solutions both within NetSuite and with integration partners
* Develop, implement, and test new features, customization, extensions
* Create and update documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows and user guides
* Coordinate with various stakeholders and/or vendors in order to implement business initiatives
* Perform end to end testing of current processes while leading UAT, approvals, and production deployments
* Perform user training
* Assist the Finance team with the creation, testing, and running of reports
* Other duties include ad hoc research, data analysis, and reporting / analytics projects

Qualifications and Requirements:
* 3+ years NetSuite experience
* Experience with order to cash and procure to pay processes
* Knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and custom records a plus
* Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects
* Advanced in MS-Excel (vlookup, pivot table, sumif, filter, etc.)
* Comfortable working in a fast paced startup atmosphere


SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
* The processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required
* RAM should be at least 8GB with 100 GB free disk space
* USB headset
* At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for main ISP
strictly no USB Sticks or mobile data allowed for back up ISP
