Hi, I am Michael, CEO of the pholution GmbH. We are from germany. Our main business is about 3D-Scan and 3D-Print. While we are selling products/machines, we are also providing courses for these techniques from elementary schools to universities. Besides these main points we are doing projects, mainly within the B2B market.

What do we look for?
We are looking for long term employees with a broad spectrum of skills and the ability to work independent and unsupervised. Don't worry if you don't include all the skills, that is expected!

What skills do we need currently?
We are not looking for a certain degree. The main focus should be design, web, SEO, VA and sometimes programming-tasks. An excended knowledge of Photoshop / Indesign / Woocommerce / Wordpress should be a must. Optional and great would be: Blender, CAD-tools, programming languages (like C# / C++ / python or any other form). Besides these issue-focussed skills we require an intermediate level of english. Typing / transcribing and generelle working in documents is a must, you should average above 30+ wpm. As we are using an extended amount of excel and docx, using them is mandatory. Often we need graphic related stuff, which means Layouts for Business Cards, Flyers, CVs and many more. Also our web page needs constant updates at the frontend level. We do really care about a good looking website in the future.

What are the benefits of working for us?

Salary?
Salary is always dependent on experience and skill. Expect around 400$ for a average skill level. Entry level is anything fromUpgrade to see actual info$ depending on your situation. High level will be 600$+.

You will be paid after the first work-week, and then weekly for about 2 months. After that you can choose between weekly / bi-weekly or monthly payments. Your 13. month payment will be included after 12 months are passed within the next payment depending on the rate (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).

Communication?
We will mainly communicate via mail / Upgrade to see actual info and sometimes skype. The first communication will be with skype as job interview. Don't worry, we are really friendly and try to encourage persons. Please add the following as headline for your application (this is a test and a safeguard against scams and bots): "i-have-read". Tasks will be done via a browser-based project managing tool called Bitrix24, there tasks can be generated and filled with requirements and sub-tasks. You need an account for that which will be given to you (absolutely free of course)

Further requirements:
1. You need an internet connection above 6mbit (above 2mbit Upload)
2. You need a Windows PC / Workstation / Laptop, with a dedicated graphics card if possible
3. You need a mouse and keyboard ; )
