Start-up entrepreneur in the UK requires home-based virtual assistant to assist with lead generation activities for a portfolio of companies.

This is a temporary to permanent role. Hence, I’m looking for someone with passion, dedication and ambition.

You will be someone with:-
i)high level of initiative and constantly on the look out for ways to do things better
ii)creative
iii)excellent written English
iv)have a knack for brand building
v)experienced in blog and social media outreach

You will work hand-in-hand with management to generate leads for the company. This individual must have excellent command in the English language to ensure effective coordination of lead generation for the sales process.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute a lead generation plan that generates leads for the company via various online marketing channels e.g. via LinkedIn, Facebook

- Assist with lead generation programs, including refinement of lead database and general database building and maintenance

- Use all available resources (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, conference lists, etc.) to determine target title names and contact information from target companies

- Track and analyze ROI and effectiveness of efforts

- Handle various sales administrative tasks as assigned

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following:

MANDATORY ONLINE JOBS TESTS (Must be listed on your profile)

- DISC Test results (Personality profile)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of B2B lead generation marketing experience

SEO background

Experience with digital marketing solutions for lead generation

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to influence colleagues to meet tight deadlines

Sales experience

IT savvy and resourceful

Experience setting up Facebook campaigns and landing page copywriting an advantage

OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:
- Fast internet connection capable of video calls;
- Home based office/desk in private area away from noise and distraction;
- Reliable computer with webcam and headset suitable for video calls
