We are a 20-year old USA company with an OFFICE near DAVAO CITY and CEBU. We are looking for ROCKSTAR Client Champs or TECH SUPPORTS who will do the following responsibilities:
To live out the NaXum Core Values
To attend daily stand up meetings on time with the operations team.
To facilitate communication between the team and client portal.
To attend client sprint calls.
To troubleshoot client requests.
To write and clarify user stories for the team.
To create training videos on different features of HOW TO in the platform for a client.
To close out a Scrum Master's DONE DONE task/challenges and share our WINS to the client.
To attend weekly client sprint review calls and accountable for the team's results.
To attend Client Champ training every Friday.
To monitor live and broken items on weekends.
To complete 1 Kaizen assignment every month.
- This is STRICTLY AN OFFICE-BASED FULL-TIME JOB.
- Applicants must be at least an hour away from:

- Must have your own
