Virtual Assistant for an ecommerce store

I look for a virtual assistant who has 5+ experience supporting eCommerce businesses in different capacities with sales coming from eCommerce store (Prestashop) as well as through Amazon Below is the list of tasks to be performed in 6 language (via Google Translate tool) via email/chat only:

1. Individual customer support
2. Retail (B2B) customers Support
3. Instagram Influeners Support
4. Social media moderation (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.) and content posting.
5. Prepare weekly plan with the owner and provide status report.
6. Dropshipping & Amazon FBA listing/order management (Prestashop experience will be preferred but not required)

We provide support to customers in 6 languages and use Google Translate so looking for someone with very good English language skills. However, if someone knows more than one these European languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and German) then preference will be given. Only persons who are serious and interested in long term collaboration are requested to apply. As the team grows this person will have opportunity to grow and become supervisor to other employees.
