JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an expert VA with skills that focus on eBay Drop Shipping. This is “Manual” drop shipping and automatic software will not be Upgrade to see actual info software like DSM Tool, AutoDS, and the others will be used with my eBay store.

The main software will be SKUGrid. There are others but they support the process like Google Sheets, Skype, and others.

You will be running the store and the main responsibilities in no particular order:

Find suppliers using SKUGrid’s Supported Suppliers list (Amazon as a supplier is not used)
Research which products to list/sell on the eBay Store using the Supported Suppliers list.
Create eBay Listing for the products you determine are good sellers.
Update eBay listing as Upgrade to see actual infolete eBay store’s listing that is no longer selling.

I will be handling the eBay store’s orders, customer service and eBay returns in the beginning.

Your primary focus will be to find/list products that sell and not the number of listings you create. That is what I will be measuring your success by, the number of sales made from your eBay listing.

Before you apply let me give you some more information:

1 - You need to be making weekly sales to cover your weekly salary and cover the cost of the eBay store and other software, SKUGrid, MS Office and other being used. Your minimum standards are, you need to be making sales to cover the expenses.

If not, you will be let go.

2 - I believe in the concept of profit sharing. This means from the sales the eBay store creates from your hard work, you will be receiving a bonus at the end of the month that factors in the number of sales/profit made for the month.

You can expect to make more than your weekly salary with this month end bonus.

3 - I am looking to be a handoff as much as possible and you will have to make decisions on your own. That said I will always be available for advice or help. This also means you should always looking to make improvements that you feel are needed to increase sales.

If you want to make changes for any reason to the store you can you only have to justify/explain them. You decide if you need to check with me first or informed me later if needed at all.

If you are a person that needs to check with your boss with every decision you are going to make before it is made, this position is not for you.

4 - You will have to fill out a weekly timesheet. With the time you started and finish along with a short paragraph what you did for the day. You will be paid by this timesheet on a weekly basis and by filling out a timesheet you will know how much you are going to be paid.

I had to do this my last corporate job and honestly found it to be a pain since I was the only one doing it and other employees were not. But if I could not explain what I did in short paragraph then how could I explain why my boss should not let me go. My boss was using my daily paragraphs to explain to the people he reported to why I should be kept on and not laid off.

So let me sum this up, the skills you will need:

- To have prior experience with eBay Drop Shipping.
- Be up to date on changes with eBay and be able to adapt
- How to research items. You can use Zik Analytics.
- Working knowledge with SKUGrid.
- Working knowledge of how to list items on eBay.
- Title optimization and photo optimization.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets. Microsoft Excel a plus but not required.
- Work on your own with very little supervision.
- Be able to communicate with me on concerns/issues that you are having.
- Be able to be proactive so little problems do not become big problems for me.

If you do apply for the position please make sure you answer all information I listed above in "So let me sum this up, the skills you will need:" for me to review if you are the right person for this position.
