I’m looking for someone to help me grow my Marketing & Web Design agency

I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
I am very loyal to my team members & treat them with respect

I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)

I own a British Company located in England, but I help clients globally


ABOUT THE POSITION

* You need to be confident in your skills and be creative
* Able to create scroll stopping images
* Create engaging videos for promotional material
* Be flexible to work with new apps and software.
* Understand Hashtags, wrote creative captions and also understand how the major social media networks work.
* All other things needed to learn about Marketing and Sales will be given a proper training
* I don’t mind which computer you use, but you must be capable to use photo and video editing software.


* Work 8 hours a day
* 5 days a week
* Monday to Friday Work Only

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Will pay weekly for the first month, then every month after the 1st month.
We pay bonuses for exceptional work
We pay 13th Month Bonus
We give pay increases based on performance
Every month you work, you earn one personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)

These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
Please note I don’t pay for extra Philippines holidays (as there are loads! Lol)
