- There has been an update in the Type Of Employment we are seeking. This decision was based on several factors.
With us not having a good grasp on the current skill set of the new member it is hard to determine how many tasks we will be able to allocate to the successful applicant. We have decided that we will start the position as part-time with a rate of $5/h. Our intention is to eventually hire the person for a full-time position if they prove to be a good fit for a company. The full-time position would be; 25-30h/week with a monthly salary of $450-$500 plus bonuses.

I am looking to hire 1 virtual assistant (Assistant Product Manager) to work for an Australian based Amazon/e-commerce retail company. The company is growing rapidly and we are looking to add another member to the team.
The company does most of its business in the United States as well as having a small presence in the United Kingdom. The successful applicant will be tasked with, sourcing products, contacting suppliers, liaising with myself, customer service and general administrative duties, major tasks have been outlined below.
I am looking for a person that speaks exceptionally well in English as well as someone having great written skills. Please do not apply if you’re not fluent as everyone that applies will have to go through an interview process and show your speaking ability. There will be 3 candidates to start off with that will get paid for 5 hours of work during the week. These candidates will have to perform the tasks that are outlined below. The key responsibilities for short term (week trial) position will include: $3/h for 5 Hours
• Product Research 1-2h
• Practicing a script and to demonstrate how you would speak to potential suppliers
• 5 min phone call with myself 2-3 times during the week in order to show me your communication skills

• Product Research
• Calling suppliers directly via the phone in order to establish contact and open wholesale accounts
• Building rapport with Account Representatives
• Completing wholesale account forms
• Checking Inventory levels
• Processing Inventory
• Reordering inventory
• Tracking inventory using excel
• Creating and Optimizing Amazon listings
• Using Excel and Google Spreadsheet
• Performing daily tasks and using Bitrix24 (CRM)
• Using scanning/research software
• Creating SOP (standard operating procedures for various tasks within the company)
• Hiring other employees and assistants
