Position Summary
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate to help manage our eCommerce business. Specifically we are looking for someone who is extremely organized and process-oriented, with experience creating and implementing standard operating procedures.
While eCommerce experience is required (Amazon experience is preferred), your ability to manage tasks, projects & employees is much more important.
The successful applicant will have the following main responsibilities:
- Monitor all eCommerce marketplaces
- Be first responder in all emergency situations
- Identify operational inefficiencies
- Propose solutions to improve & streamline operations
- Oversee implementation of new business development initiatives
- Oversee creation & implementation of standard operating procedures
- Hire new team members
- Hire freelancers
- Manage staff
- Implement a task management software such as Asana or Trello
- Ensure organized collection of all data files using Google Drive

Salary is based on performance. All new team members go through a 3-month probationary period. After this new team members become eligible for raises & bonuses. We pay our team members TOP salary & we expect TOP performance.
