Conveyancing Solicitor Who has Australian law firm experience

We are looking for Conveyancing Specialist who if possible, has Australian Conveyancing experience and a legal degree
Your job will be to follow the conveyancing Procedures set out for you.
You will be:
Ordering Searches
Putting together transfers for the purchasers
Representing buyers of properties rather then sellers
Checking Council and water compliance
Project managing and following up and communicating responses for finance and settlement deadlines (where timing is of the essence), and communicating with relevant team members involved.

This is a Full-time role.

Attributes we are looking for are excellent communication, comprehension, written and spoken English. You need to be able to work autonomoursly, have an excelent home office set up with fast and reliable internet with back-ups in place.

This is a long term role which will give you a solid job with a stable employer.
