About me:
I am the head of operations of an online business that sells its products all over the world. I have been doing this for 6 years. We have full time employees who live all over the United States and Europe. I am always looking for new ways to get more work in less time and I love the process of learning new skills and gaining new knowledge on topics that help me to become a better boss, friend, husband and father. My family and employees are all very important to me. I do everything in my power to help those who are around me to achieve their goals. I am motivated by other peoples happiness as well the idea of building something bigger than myself which can create a life long impression on the world.

About this job:
You will become my right hand person when it comes to getting tasks and projects done. You will help me on projects related to my day job work as well as personal passion projects. One day you might research new factories to make our product in and the next day I might ask for some help on designing a birthday card for my daughter. This person will help me to become super human, getting more done than ever before. You might help me create a new product or even launch a new business. You will interact with my employees and my family. Some times I might ask you to email or contact people on my behalf as if you were me, and other times you will contact individuals as my personal project manager. You will be asked to learn new skills, which, in time you will be compensated for. I want this job to be the best job you have ever had. Ideally the right person will work with me for the next 5+ years. As my business grows and as we capitalize on new opportunities you will have a chance to manage other remote workers and play a larger role in my business Upgrade to see actual info time, you and I will meet in person where I will travel to the Philippines to meet you and work with you. At some point we might even have an office with additional workers in the Philippines. I will ask you too do LinkedIn research, write emails, design logos and or other marketing elements, coordinate orders with suppliers, follow up on projects that other people are working on, provide me with updates related to different things I would like to keep track of, book flights and hotels, research topics such as how to build an online business or how to trade on the US stock market. I will pay for you to take classes and learn new skills and I will also ask you to help me build documentation around work and how things get done.

Additional information:
This job will be treated as if you were a full time employee of a US company. You will get Holidays off and paid sick days. The more value you bring, the more I will be able to pay you at some point. You will have an opportunity to make more money over time.
You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
