JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a social media ninja to join our growing team!! We're a women-owned, women-led, and women-friendly marketing firm based in Charleston, South Carolina.

We're a growing team of marketing professionals who are looking for a magical Social Media Manager and Curator to add to our team who can handle multiple social media accounts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The right candidate for this role should have:

* At least two (2) years experience in a role that is similar to this one
* The ability to multitask
* Both an analytical and creative mind-set
* A creative eye with a strong sense of aesthetic (theme, color palette, flat lays, etc.)
* The skill to write quality content for the social media channels
* Experience working with a content management platform
* Experience in any photo editing software and/or Canva
* Understanding of SEO and SEO strategies.
* Experience in the #girlboss #bossbabe, forward-thinking culture of women empowerment movement

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

As a Social Media Manager and Curator your responsibilities include--

*Creating original text and images, graphics, quotes as well as short video content that tie into the overall aesthetic of a brand’s page/feed.
*Managing and scheduling posts.
*Building monthly post itineraries to share with our clients
*Growing and engaging followers.
*Working closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
*Spearhead logistics for “IG Story Takeover” collaborations with like-minded brands and managing content logistics. As well as scheduling, following up, acquiring clips from collaborators and posting them on scheduled times.
*Delivering monthly reports and analytics on progress of each account.
*Monitoring the company’s social media accounts as well as our clients' and offer constructive interaction with users.
*Creating strategies to engage followers.

We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends to keep ours and our clients' social media feeds fresh, engaging, and most of all strategic.

You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s values creatively in each post.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle ours and our clients' social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
