VA for Property Company

Property Wealth Generation company seeks a VA who is loyal, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Needs to have good Social Media skills and Web Development in Wordpress DIVI. (or similar)
Experience with e-commerce as we plan to sell online. Have an understanding of affiliate marketing and promotion.
Utilise Social media channels, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and be familiar with Upgrade to see actual info or similar.

Ability to produce and edit content mostly from drafts supplied.

Understanding of Customer Relationship Management system, in particular SugarCRM would be of Upgrade to see actual infotomation of actions from website to generate client proposals Upgrade to see actual infopture of client details in exchange for free content with their details being posted straight to the CRM along with follow up reminder.

Overall understanding of Web Architecture and how additional application plugins work. We intend to systemise and automate as much as possible.

As we will be working with clients money the person must accept and be willing to abide by current rules and regulations and undertake any training we provide.

Must sign a "Non Disclosure Agreement" in order to maintain and protect our companies Intellectual Property and client confidentiality.

Additional Activities

1. 'Lead generation'. Compiling a weekly report for properties that meet criteria for us/clients, can be daily.

2. Licence renewals - organise diary reminders to ensure renewal of licences and registrations

3. Duties also extend to other tasks that may be required to support services provided Property Portfolio Builders Ltd
