Appraiser Assistant

Real Estate Appraiser in Florida is looking for a VA to complete reports, data research. Good writing skills required. Knowledge of Total, Alamode, and MLS is a plus.

This position will include training. You must have typing/data entry and online searching skills. We provide complete training. If you are good with computers and have a 'can do' attitude then we will be partners for many years.

Skills and Requirements:
• Critical thinking, very detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 1+ year experience performing administrative tasks
• Must be able to accurately perform data entry and be able to type and have computer skills
• Ability to multi-task when required
• Proficient with MSFT Office: Word / Excel
• Ability to resolve issues
• Experience using WinTotal - Alamode Software is a plus
