Hometime is the largest Airbnb property management company in the APAC region and is growing fast! We currently operate throughout Australia and New Zealand and are looking for a rockstar Technical Recruiter to join our offshore People and Culture team.
Working as a Technical Recruiter at Hometime is not your typical 9-5 HR role. You'll be exposed to loads of facets of the business and given plenty of support to grow.
About the role:
As Technical Recruiter, you play a key part in Hometime’s talent acquisition initiatives. You will be assigned to work on our technical and non-technical recruitment pipeline and will assist with the execution of all aspects of the talent management cycle, including but not limited to workforce planning, recruitment and selection, orientation, capacity building, and staff engagement.
The finer details:
5 days per week, may include some weekend work, and some co-located work
Must be based within the Greater Manila Area for occasional co-location and better collaboration

Our desired candidate should have:
Exceptional written and spoken English
At least 5 years work experience in a professional setting, with at least 2 years served in a technical recruitment role.
Strong experience in Human Capital Management
Strong problem-solving abilities and lateral thinking
Great interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships through spoken and written communication
Fun loving attitude
