Talent Recruit

Looking for a Solid Talent Recruiter to assist in finding graphic designers, art directors, and creative directors in the Philippines. Would like assistance in scouting top-notch web designers that have experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and are familiar with the web design process. Preferably the talent should also know how to use Wordpress and/or know how to code. The designers must have a college degree and a passion for Upgrade to see actual info will show in their portfolio.

The recruiter must be located in the Philippines and familiar with the colleges that output the best talent. Looking for between 5 and 10 people to interview online as well as face to face in Makati, Cebu, and Davao.
