JOB OVERVIEW

UK Working Time Zone
We are based in London at 0 GMT. Proposed hours are Monday-Friday 9am-1pm part time or if your if you prefer full time 9am-6pm with some flexibility if required.

Skills and experience:
*Previous administration experience in real estate agency is required
*Previous Transaction/Listing coordination experience is preferred but not required
*Fluent English and comfortable and confident calling existing customers and suppliers for updates
*Excellent organizational skills
*Attention to detail and meticulous
*Excellent knowledge of Google sheets, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Excel, Asana or Trello.
*Must be Tech Savvy

Proposed Compensation
$1,000 - $1,200 per month full time 8 hrs a day
$500 - $600 per month part time 4 hrs a day

Tasks:
Property Management
* Book inspections
* Certificate updates
* Call and email tenants/contractors to coordinate property issues
* Manage check in/out

Transaction Coordinator/Lettings/Renewals (leasing)
* Draft reservation terms (as instructed by negotiator)
* Submit References and handover to negotiator
* Draft tenancy agreement, get approval then send via DocuSign
* Send legal docs to tenants
* Tenant on-boarding
* Set up tenancies.
* After sales care

Pre Listing -Marketing Sales & Lettings
* Collect Landlord legal docs, Landmark/additional details, submit on CRM
* Call and email to follow relevant docs (compliance)
* Book in photographer and floor plans
* Upload marketing details to CRM
* Upload to social media
* Compile various reports


General Administration and Projects:
* Update CRM
* Create and improve existing manuals
