Looking for an enthusiastic & skilled VA : NICHE TECHNICAL CONTENT WRITING + SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Hi,
My name is Dr. Harsha Moole. I am a internal medicine doctor in Kansas City, USA. I am a high energy enthusiastic person who values long term relationships. Although I am a full time doctor, I am an eager & budding entrepreneur, looking to build an online business in my niche specialty.

I have a passion for realestate. I feel like there is a lot of knowledge gap among doctors in USA regarding realestate field. I plan to reduce that gap. I am creating an online website / blog. The startup is an online realestate platform (website and blog) providing physicians with realestate advice/education and investment opportunities. The site will also have medical malpractice content, and healthcare law. Plan is to have multiple doctors subscribe to the website, and monetize it with advertisements on website + blogs + newsletter + social media. Also, as more doctors signup, some of them will be investors in my realestate projects after they develop trust in my website.
Goal is to create a solid website and turn it into a massive online beast.

What I am looking for is a skilled & experienced VA who enjoys their work in - niche technical content creation, writing (niche technical blogs after thorough independent research, managing social media, digital and non-digital marketing strategies, strategies to drive traffic to website, link building, etc. Business / marketing skills are needed.

Tasks:
BLOGS AND ARTICLES / WEB CONTENT WRITING
COPY WRITING and EDITING.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
WRITING - BLOGGING
OTHER DIGITAL / SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
LEAD GENERATION
ONLINE RESEARCHING
DATA SCRAPING.

Atleast 1 year of prior experience needed in the above mentioned fields.
Reference letters from previous US/UK clients are helpful. Must be fluent in writing and speaking English.

FULL TIME job- Looking to develop long term work relationships
Salary - 30,000 Php / month.
Other benefits (only if VA has all the above mentioned skill set) - Will give 13th month salary. This does not apply if VA is deficient is certain skills. I have to hire another free lancer to perform the deficient skills, so the budget will be distributed to another VA. Hence this contingency.
After 1 year work, depending on performance review, if decision is made to continue the work with VA, I will add a basic health insurance plan for my VA.

As mentioned above, I value long term relationships. I will respect and care for my soon to be new entrepreneurial team.
