Very busy Executive needs help to stay organized. Looking for compulsively organized person to help with maintaining project and action lists, work schedule, appointments, and project management.
The assistant will be using Microsoft Outlook and Excel spreadsheets to track and maintain various lists as well as Microsoft Outlook to organize an extremely busy schedule.
The candidate should be a graduate with fluency in English.
The candidate must possess excellent computer and internet skills.
Work at home.
Applicant must have high speed and dependable Internet connection.
Fast learner and
Strong detail-orientation and organization skills and the ability to produce high-end quality work often under pressure with minimal notification and quick turnaround
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management software is a must.
Familiarity with Excel or Google spreadsheet is a must.

Must be willing to work various work hours including graveyard shift and must be available to work immediately.
The ideal candidate has some experience organizing his/her own list and schedule and is extremely detail oriented.
