VIRTUAL ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR DIGTIAL MARKETING COMPANY

We are looking for a general virtual assistant who can follow instructions and support our content production and website administration team. You will become proficient in SEO through your work with us.

{BACKGROUND}
Our company owns a portfolio of websites. We are growing our writing team and will need support in publishing SEO-friendly content, managing social accounts, managing Wordpress (not development). This role does not require SEO knowledge (we'll teach you). Experience is great too. We envision this role growing into a Project Manager position as we grow.

{RESPONSIBILITIES}
-Research to support our writing team
-Creation of social media accounts, setting up post scheduling
-Image editing (blog headers, selecting stock images)
-Keyword research and research support for writing team
-Administrative tasks such as running reports, bookkeeping tasks
-Wordpress site setup, changing settings (no development experience needed)
-Some basic HTML editing of articles (adding image alt tags, etc.)
-Email handling
-Online research

We provide detailed video training on a majority of the tasks you'll be assigned.

{IDEAL CANDIDATE}
-C1 or C2 English
-Follows instructions carefully; very organized
-Good communication skills; willing to ask questions when things are not clear
-Familiar with social media and Wordpress
-Understands what HTML is and generally how it works
-Can work independently and efficiently

{ABOUT}
We are based in the US and have a finance professional background. I'm a problem-solver and like to challenge myself with new projects. Those who have worked for me in the past say I have high expectations and am good at motivating and teaching to help them learn and develop professionally.

{SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION}
We offer flexible scheduling - 1-2 hours should overlap with US time.

Salary based on 40h Week; 30h/week may be considered for the right candidate. We offer vacation, holiday leave and 13th month.
