Appointment Setter (singapore)

Job Type:Part-time
Unipro Digital Singapore is currently seeking Outbound Call Center Agents. The ideal candidate will have customer service, sales, call center, telemarketing or B-B work experience.

Responsibilities:

Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions.

Create excitement and set appointments.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.

Perform all other Business Development duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Call Center/Telemarketing experience

Appointment setting

Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction

Willing to participate in skills and product training

Multi-tasker and excellent customer service skills

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

Proficient with computers, emails, smartphones and the web

Ability to Set 5-10 appointments per day

Experience:

Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
