Collection Supervisor

1. Supervise daily operation of collection team, monitor closely on collection efficiency and rate, be sensitive to fraud applications and report to risk-management team on time; keep close communication with risk-management team.
2. Delinquent account management, delinquent customer reminding and collecting by various methods; Guide customers to correct repayment methods through telephone, SMS and other means
3. Record telephone communication, acquire and update information related to the customer in delinquency
4. Provide timely, accurate and intuitive answers to customers' question, analyze customer default reasons, provide proper judgement of customers' risk level
5. Correpond to business process according to customer's requirement, timely feedback on problems raised by customers, and track the repayment process;
6. Effective communication with internal teams and departments raising the requirements, to follow up project progress and solve related data problems, maintain colletion monitoring report as required

1. Bachelor degree or above, two years or above working experience in consumer credit product collection is preferred
2. Advanced reading and communication skills, basic Mandarin communication skills preferred. basic EXCEL and WORD operation skills;
3. Hard-working, strong execution and ability to work under pressure
4. Integrity, decisiveness, excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills;
5. No criminal record, abide by the company's rules and regulations, and have sense of confidentiality.
6. Familiar with financial business and local market, have basic sense of risk control, and have a certain understanding of local relevant laws, regulations and business processes is preferred.
7. Familiar with the working skills of telephone collection is preferred.
