JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a full time Video Producer that can create video for websites, interactive brochures, email campaigns, training, job descriptions, and many other things. The position is full-time and permanent.
My goal is to develop a remote marketing department in order to grow each company. Since marketing is a highly specialized field, highly skilled, specifically trained and experienced people are needed to be effective. I have identified 12 positions needed to effectively launch a comprehensive marketing plan that will include website redesign, graphic design, copywriting, email blasts, social media, SEO, CRM management, lead generation, public relations, and recruitment.

The project manager as well as the social media manager for both hired this week. I am looking to hire the remaining positions listed above as soon as possible. If you know a good candidate for one of the other positions please let me know.

Opportunities: redesign website, collateral material, email campaigns, industry specific marketing, CRM utilization, telemarketing, expansion through acquisition as well as development of partnership program (for industry veterans that lack resources funding but have potential contracts and relationships), recruitment of home health aides (very important), management, and salespeople, client retention, and lead generation. 1500 employees
Central Insurance Agency www.ciainsures.com - is an insurance agency that has three offices, two of them in different states. 25 employees. No marketing department currently.
Opportunities: redesign website, collateral material, email campaigns, industry specific marketing, CRM utilization, telemarketing, expansion through acquisition as well as recruitment of insurance brokers, management, and salespeople, client retention, and lead generation.
